Superhero Week 4

                  Here comes another installment of "Will. We. Play?". I'm feeling a little more optimistic this time around, but if we hear one rumble of thunder or see one flash of lightning then we will be playing unsponsored sloshball (j/k)! Last week was probably the most marquee set up for games we will see all season. Top 2, 3v4, two sloshball juggernauts. All the games lived up to the hype. This week a challenge has been issued by Talbot to the Lighthouse league. A 24 vs 24 dizzy bat relay race. For those of you who missed out last year, lucky for you I have a video with expert commentary. Quick takes this week, since I've been busy and people really only want to see the video below. Week 2 Predictions

Well that certainly was an eventful first week of the Spring season.  The rain held off for much of the day, and allowed us to get all the games in. The bar scene at $3 Deweys was a great success, several teams rallied their troops and made it out to what turned out to be an eventful evening full of Icings (the DTGW rookies all got Iced), VE shots, someone even won some cash! week 1 predictions record 6-3 Week 2: Light House: OBSK v VS - both teams started off slow outta the gate, but look for VS to bounce back with a stellar performance (OBSK 2 VS 4) EBAD v TWSS - EBAD in week 1 looked like their was no dust to wipe off from their 3 season hiatus and started out hot, this week they take on another veteran team in TWSS who put up a solid week 1 outing. Week 7

        Short and sweet this week as I've been busy and we're still in crossover weeks so it's all basically for bragging rights. Congrats to Pitches Be Krazy and We've Got the Runs for being the first Lighthouse teams to triumph over Superhero. The overall record is 6-2 Superhero, but we've got 6 games tonight and 6 more next week. I'm going to burn through the rankings and focus more on predictions much like last week. Week 7 Power Rankings #6. Hand Made Love Gift wrapped a new team that hadn't won a game all season and HML barely squeaked out a win? Back to the bottom you go! #5. Jugs & Thugs Gotta punish these guys for falling for the "you have to have a girl pitch in Lighthouse" con... And then getting smoked. Only thing that dropped more balls than Sothea last week was puberty. #4. Tinder Rejects You know the rest of the league is struggling when Shaker's team is ranked 4th.
