The pre season party was fresh with free agent pick ups and blind dates:
Victorious Secret picked up a dynamic duo to increase the fun factor on their squad.
Balltastic Voyage fell in love at first sight with their new pick ups.
Tex rubbed elbows with That's What She Said and got his first taste of the season.

Bar Buzz (ridiculous quotes overheard at the bar):  
Ghost Woman: Hey Pete- want some beads?
Pete: No, no I can't get arrested tonight.  Every time I wear those things I end up in jail.

Superhero Week 4

                  Here comes another installment of "Will. We. Play?". I'm feeling a little more optimistic this time around, but if we hear one rumble of thunder or see one flash of lightning then we will be playing unsponsored sloshball (j/k)! Last week was probably the most marquee set up for games we will see all season. Top 2, 3v4, two sloshball juggernauts. All the games lived up to the hype. This week a challenge has been issued by Talbot to the Lighthouse league. A 24 vs 24 dizzy bat relay race. For those of you who missed out last year, lucky for you I have a video with expert commentary. Quick takes this week, since I've been busy and people really only want to see the video below. Opening Week!

            Finally! Kickball season is back! Kind of an exciting off season we had. We saw some teams rebuild, some teams implode, and some teams trying to blow up their team already (NDW). We have a few new teams this season, which is amazing because I thought kickball was about as popular as Magic the Gathering these days. When I mention any of the new teams in the league, it's all hypothetical. I don't recognize any names on at least 3 rosters this season. Don't feel slighted. I generally don't remember much of anything after 7pm on Thursdays. My reader numbers were down last season... Makes me sad. Spread the word and let's make this season the best yet for the GMoT.
